Flow Cytometers can be used for a wide range of applications. This module looks at a few of these, and discusses how these can be modified and adapted for various research subjects.
In addition, this module also looks at how most non-cytometry applications can be adapted to run on a flow cytometer, taking advantage of the speed of the cytometer and the cell-by-cell nature of the platform.
