High Speed Cell Sorters are a critical part of any Flow Cytometry facility, and are best used by trained and experienced staff. Although this provides the best performance from the instrument, the experiment itself must also be designed with sorting in mind.
To this end, we have developed a Cell Sorting Theory Module. This module describes how sorters work and what to expect from them. The module will help anyone who plans to have their cells sorted by their facility to optimise theis experimental design and sample prep.
